All the Group Housing erven are north/south facing. The houses, therefore, are to be sited in their length from east to west. This allows maximum use of north-facing vistas with south-facing sea views for some of the more elevated properties.

Making use of ‘loft’ spaces in the design of double-storey dwellings is encouraged, as is water-wise, natural, fynbos landscaping. Group housing properties are to have coverage not exceeding 65% and homes to have a minimum size of 100 square metres excluding garage/s and stoeps.
